Kevin is the BEST!
He serviced my grandpas (very old) AC today after we were told to get a whole new unit… Kevin was able to figure out the problem quickly, and get it back running - same day! My grandpa is older with a lot of health issues, and Kevin came out within 2 hours of my call to ensure he wasn’t stuck in the heat 😄
He was extremely knowledgeable about the system, and we are beyond relieved!
A couple of our neighbors went with him as well, and they all had great things to say about him too👍🏻

Kevin is the best. We had a serious problem causing water to leak through our ceiling. The installers came out 2X to no avail. Kevin figured it out and it runs like a charm. Just had a tune up and there was a loose wire he found and fixed and he explained I only need one filter.
Kevin came over at short notice to take a look at my furnace which wasn't getting power. Kevin was able to diagnose it as a bad card which was still under warranty and replaced it before I turned into in icicle. Thank you Kevin
Came out less than 24 hrs after I called. AC fixed and back to work with time left to eat on a lunch break! Professional, timely and awesome! Highly recommend.

Kevin Brown the owner of Cal Bear Heating and Air made it to my house earlier than expected and already has my unit fixed and blowing cold air. Plus he is a super nice guy and he explained everything thoroughly. I also ended up paying way way less than what I was fearing. The fact I was only without A/C for a couple of hours on a 112 degree day when all the repairs techs are scrambling, is huge. I tipped him well!!!
I highly recommend him if you need any air conditioning or heating system work done. He is second generation running his family’s business. Thanks Kevin!!!

So I’ve been sensing my A/C was gonna break for a few days. There were no signs, it was running fine. I just felt it in my bones. I even had a conversation with a lady at the park this morning while we both threw sticks and balls to our dogs about how I have been praying for my A/C unit not to go out during this heat wave.
Sure enough, I got home from the park and was in my backyard while Jax laid on a sprinkler to cool off and the outside A/C unit started grinding loudly in a bad way.
Luckily, I went on The Official Rosemont Community Page on FaceBook and searched Air Conditioner and there were tons of posts recommending Kevin Brown with Cal Bear Heat & Air and he will be here between 1-3pm. The other places I tried prior were booked out for a week.
